James and Maylene - Proposal Story

James and Maylene were destined to be together since they were pre-schoolers.  Find out how James, being the Airplane Pilot He is, flew to Hawaii to finally propose to not only the love of his life, but also his best friend since kindergarten. 

"We've known each other since kindergarten and have been close friends ever since. Fast forward to today, I am really happy my best friend is going to be my wife. I was always asking her for places she'd like to visit in Hawaii when we get there for my cousin's wedding. I told my plans to my cousins months before going. We love nature and so picking out the less crowded place with great backdrop, I told her to wear something nice for that place so we can take good pictures together. My first spot of choice was unavailable so we went around more and when I saw a great spot, I signaled to them that I'm ready.

We did our favorite pose (me carrying her on my shoulder) and after the pose, I went to kneel and asked the question! Both our hands were shaking and it's one of the happiest moments I will never forget!
