Shipping and Delivery / Pick Up

We provide fully insured shipping to all our shipping destinations in the Philippines and Worldwide. All items are securely packaged for safety while in transit to your home or office.

For international shipments, international duties in the destination country shall be covered by the recipient, if there will be any. 

You may also opt to pick up your order from our showroom in Ayala Malls Vertis North, Quezon City. Upon checkout, you will be asked for the delivery details as part of the checkout process but you may choose "Pick up at Lucce Showroom" in the shipping method.

Every piece is crafted-to-order just for you and will take 5-6 weeks to craft. 

* If you are in a tight timeline, we encourage you to check out our Ready-to-Ship collection of engagement rings, wedding rings, and fine jewelry. 

** All package shipments are insured, however, Lucce shall not be held liable for any delivery delays by the 3rd Party Shipping Provider Fedex or LBC. (eg. Delays due to unexpected circumstances, storms, calamities, etc.)
