Role Overview: Multimedia Creative Associate

The Multimedia Creative Associate is responsible for creating premium photos, videos, and design content that strengthens LUCCE's luxury brand presence across digital and physical platforms. This role will be doing videography, photography, editing, and creative storytelling to support campaigns, product launches, and overall brand engagement.

Work location: Vertis North, Quezon City

What You'll Do:

Multimedia Production & Content Creation

• Produce high-quality photos and video content for social media, campaigns, website, and marketing materials
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Ensure all visuals are polished, brand-aligned, and optimized for engagement

Creative Design & Brand Support

• Design creative assets for packaging, events, branding, and in-store materials
• Maintain consistency in LUCCE's visual identity across all creative outputs
• Support branding initiatives that elevate the client experience

Campaign Conceptualization & Collaboration

• Assist in conceptualizing and executing campaigns, launches, and promotional content
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team and Founders on creative direction
• Contribute trend-aware and innovative content ideas for digital growth

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts, Communication Arts, or related fields. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in videography, photography, video editing, graphic design, and creative storytelling
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and AI creative tools
• Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and updated with multimedia, fashion, and luxury trends
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (3x onsite per week)

Role Overview: Client Advisor | Vertis North

Client Advisors guide guests through LUCCE's bespoke jewelry experience with warmth, care, and product knowledge. This role supports showroom consultations, client follow-ups, appointment coordination, and a polished end-to-end experience.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome clients and support consultations for engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry gifts
• Assist with product education, order coordination, and appointment preparation
• Maintain accurate client notes and thoughtful follow-up communication
• Support showroom presentation and daily operations

• Excellent communication skills and genuine care for client experience
• Interest in fine jewelry, weddings, styling, or luxury retail
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with client-facing work
• Available for part-time showroom shifts at Vertis North

Client Advisors at Assembly Grounds help clients discover meaningful forever pieces while supporting a refined showroom experience. This contractor role is ideal for someone polished, attentive, and excited by design-led jewelry service.

What You'll Do:

• Assist walk-in and appointment-based clients with product discovery
• Coordinate inquiries, order notes, and showroom requests with the team
• Provide thoughtful service that reflects LUCCE's standards of care
• Support merchandising, daily showroom readiness, and client follow-ups

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client-facing settings
• Interest in bridal jewelry, luxury retail, or design consultation
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with showroom operations
• Available for contractor shifts at Assembly Grounds, Makati
