Allen and Rose - Proposal Story

Love did prevail during the Covid-19 Quarantine! Here is the story of how Allen did not give up, despite having his original proposal plan jeopardised by the pandemic. A story that truly shows love conquers all.   

"The initial plan was to propose in Japan - find some private spot in some rural area, or some mountain, or somewhere with the Fuji view in mind. On top of this wearing a Yukata while enjoying the scene with cherry blossoms around. We have always been a fan of Japan so thought it would be just perfect for the proposal. Planned this for some time only to get cancelled at the last minute by covid situation.

Because of the previous flight plan cancelation, I decided to have the proposal alongside her birthday surpise.

21st of May midnight - - I prepared a treasure hunting kind of game. There were various clues scattered around the house leading to various birthday gifts/surprises -- it included some previous Japan travel videos I have compiled, birthday video greetings from our friends and family - - and the last clue eventually required her to blindfold and go to a locked room.

Inside the locked room - I prepared one more video of our friends and family showing a "SAY YES" statement during their usual lockdown routine. As the video is closing in - I went and kneeled to pop the big question. Just right before the answer - first thing I got was that - "You're holding the wrong hand!" hahahahaha.. Just realized that time that it was her right hand that I was holding"
