RB and Daphne - Proposal Story

"There is always Happier"...

RB wrote a book for Daphne as part of his proposal. He even asked his friends and family to do the book artwork which made it all the more special. Here’s RB's proposal story that is literally ‘one for the books’!

"I have always been a hopeless romantic. I believed in love found only in books and movies - the kind of carefree and chaotic love that can make you do crazy and silly things. Even when the rest of the world thought I was too naive or optimistic, I clung on to that."

"I met the love of my life back in college, just when I was about to give up on life. We both liked the same cheesy movies and the same kickass music. She was my sigh of relief back then, a rope of hope that would pull me back every time I said that the only time I see a light was looking at the end of a tunnel. People always think I’m exaggerating, but she really did save my life. I wrote a book about it and gave it to her when I proposed. She said yes, and two months after we put rings on each other’s fingers. I want to say that was the happiest day of my life, but that’s not true. Every single day that comes is the happiest day of my life because it’s one more day I’ve spent being with her. She’s the kindest, funniest, meanest and most caring person I have ever met. And I will love her for the rest of my life."
