What is Covered Under LUCCE's Warranty?

1. Manufacturing Warranty

We warrant that all LUCCE pieces will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of pick-up or delivery. If you experience any damage to your purchase due to manufacturing1, we recommend getting in touch with our team so we may evaluate your piece.

In the unlikely case that you receive a jewelry piece that suffers from manufacturing defects, we will fix it without any cost to you. Keep in mind that any service or repair performed by a jeweler other than LUCCE voids the Manufacturing Warranty.

2. Diamond Lifetime Warranty

LUCCE provides a Diamond Lifetime Warranty,2 which assures the authenticity, quality, and characteristics of your LUCCE LUMIÉRE™ Natural Diamond or LUCCE LAVISH™ Lab-Grown Diamond. This also guarantees that your diamond will not lose its brilliance and will not change in color over time. With proper care, your diamond will last a lifetime and will remain just as beautiful as the day you saw it. 

3. Cleaning, Replating, and Polishing

Complimentary cleaning services are offered over the lifetime of your forever piece. This ensures that your diamonds or gemstones are cleaned and routinely checked that they are securely set. Simply reach out to your Client Advisor or visit any LUCCE showroom for complimentary cleaning.

LUCCE also offers replating and polishing services for a minimal fee over the lifetime of your forever piece. These allow for a freshly crafted look, free from micro-scratches that may have accumulated over time.

4. Resizing

Your platinum or gold ring comes with lifetime resizing services for a minimal fee. Most of our engagement ring and wedding band designs may be resized3 up to recommended limits that maintain their structural integrity, appearance, and durability.

Meanwhile, complimentary first resizing is available for purchased on-hand or ready-to-ship engagement rings and wedding bands.

5. Repairs

We ensure that our craftsmanship is aligned with the highest standards and repair all items made by LUCCE. You may either bring your item to any LUCCE showroom or send it by mail for assessment. Afterwards, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.

1All fine jewelry may be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for neglect, wear and tear, improper storage, product loss or theft, and loss of gemstones due to misuse. 

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  • Discoloration or oxidation of precious metals caused by chemical exposure, humidity or temperature conditions, improper storage, immersion in pools and hot tubs, bathing, make-up
  • Prongs catching or bending over time due to daily wear or normal damage, causing a gemstone to fall out
  • Loss of a gemstone caused by damage or accidents during daily wear
  • Micro-scratches due to normal wear and tear or use 

2This diamond warranty, however, does not cover damages as a result of neglect, abuse, misuse, loss, or theft. Accordingly, any alterations or treatments made by a jeweler other than LUCCE will void the warranty that accompanies your jewelry piece.

Diamonds are known as the hardest gemstone but they can still break. Some examples of diamond issues that would not be covered under warranty:

  • Chipping and scratches on the diamond as a result of high impact, external force, improper storage, misuse or abuse
  • Diamond fall out due to accidents or misuse during daily normal wear
  • Diamond fall out or damage due to improper storage or neglect

Once the jewelry has been modified outside of the Company's authorized repair process, it is no longer possible to verify whether subsequent concerns are attributable to the original manufacturing process. As a result, damage or defects arising after unauthorized work are not covered under the Manufacturing Warranty.
