Kiel and Madell - Proposal Story
Kiel and Madell's Proposal Story shows us yet again that love can conquer obstacles, no matter how large and many they are. It was supposed to be a dream vacation outside the country, but they were forced to cancel their trip because of Covid-19. But for Kiel, there was no cancelling his intent of asking Madell to marry him. Here is their story...
"Proposal was originally planned to take place in Japan. Plan A is in Huis Ten Bosch and Plan B is at Uminokamichi park or to be exact. It would be a 1 week vacation for us in our favorite part of Japan but on the 11th of March but we were forced to cancel the trip because of the health risks brought by covid-19.
Madell was really saddened by the trip cancellation and little did she know I am devastated (lol) because plan A and B were totally busted. the following day I was thinking of a plan C because I really need to pop the question due to the wedding date I am eyeing which is 02 Jan 2021, our anniversary. Later that afternoon I received an invite from our friend Trixie, She was inviting us for a weekend getaway in Tali (Our soon to be Godparents place lol) before the implementation of ECQ on th 23rd. After receiving the invite, I said to myself, this is it, this is Plan C! I may say God really made a way for this proposal to happen. We arrived Friday night in Tali and it was all laugh and good times 'til the following day.
Saturday, the proposal day. We had our usual morning to lunch routine; eat, swim and drinks. But while the girls (Trixie and Madell) were doing their random stuff, I was doing muni-muni on what to say to madell and how am I going to do it. When I finally said to my self, this is it, I immediately said to JR (trixie's boyfriend) that I'll be popping the question today, we need to have it in a sunset setting. We then went to Sunset beach and there, the proposal took place. I was extremely nervous while kneeling, i completely forgot my speech but what's important is that I didn't forget to put the ring on her.lol and thats our story."
